Professional Experience

Dr Ali leads our team at PKF Fiji and is the review partner for all audit and assurance in Fiji & the Pacific. She has Thirty-Five (35) plus years of experience in public practice.

Prior to starting her own Accountancy Practice, Dr Ali worked in Big 4 in both Audit and Assurance and Business Advisory and support.

Dr Nur Bano Ali has established a distinguished career, having served on multiple Boards for more than 25 years. Her sustained leadership and dedication reflect her advocacy for women in commerce, gender equity, and inclusion.

Leadership and Advocacy

As a passionate supporter of gender equity, Dr Ali founded Women in Business over 20 years ago. She continues to guide the Board as President, serving as a leading voice for women in Fiji and championing greater inclusivity within the business landscape.

Alongside her work with Women in Business, Dr Ali also holds the position of President of the Fiji Chamber, further strengthening her influence and commitment to commercial advancement and representation.

She is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD), underscoring her commitment to professional governance and leadership.
