Our PKF team proudly came together on International Women’s Day to recognise and celebrate the achievements, contributions, and leadership of women across our organization and the world.

The occasion provided an opportunity to reflect on the importance of fostering an inclusive workplace where everyone has the opportunity to thrive. Through shared conversations and moments of appreciation, our staff highlighted the value of diversity, equality, and mutual respect.

As a firm led by our female Managing Partner, Dr. Nur Bano Ali—the first ever in Fiji and Founder of Women in Business—we are especially proud to champion women in leadership and to demonstrate our commitment to empowering women at every level. This leadership reflects our values and sets the tone for an environment where talent, ambition, and capability are supported and celebrated.
